Overview
This plugin coherently does what it claims: it automatically normalizes outgoing OpenClaw messages and does not show hidden data access, persistence, or exfiltration behavior.
Install only if you want outgoing messages automatically reformatted before dispatch. Review the default enabled Discord and kaomoji formatting options, and enable ZH-TW conversion only if automatic Chinese text conversion is acceptable for your workflow.
SkillSpector was not run because this plugin release contains no bundled skills.
