This skill appears to do what it claims: it locally rewrites Markdown tables in outbound Telegram messages and does not request credentials or contact outside services.
This looks internally consistent. The main thing to be aware of is that enabling it gives the plugin access to outbound conversation content so it can rewrite Telegram messages. The reviewed code only transforms Markdown tables locally and does not request secrets or make network calls.
