Overview
This plugin does what it says: it filters selected Discord messages and supports a cooldown command without hidden data access or unrelated behavior.
Install only if you want OpenClaw to ignore configured Discord senders, prefixes, or channels under cooldown. Review the account ID and prefix settings carefully because matching messages will be intentionally dropped before the agent sees them.
SkillSpector was not run because this plugin release contains no bundled skills.
