Overview
This plugin does what it says: it filters Discord messages and manages channel cooldowns without file, network, credential, or persistent storage behavior.
Install only if you want this plugin to have authority to drop Discord messages before agent dispatch. Review the ignored account IDs, ignored prefixes, cooldown bypass list, and auto-cooldown settings so legitimate users are not accidentally filtered.
