This is a coherent Nostr messaging channel plugin that uses a private key and relay connections for its stated encrypted-DM purpose.
Install only if you intend OpenClaw to operate a Nostr DM account. Treat the configured Nostr private key like a real account secret, prefer environment or secret-store configuration, and review relay URLs and DM policy before using open mode.
