Overview
This appears to be a Feishu voice-reply and prompt-rule helper, and it does not ask for credentials, install software, or contain hidden network/file access.
Install this only if you want the agent’s system prompt to be modified for selected message providers, especially Feishu, so it prefers voice replies. Verify that $feishu-tts is a skill you trust and that any configured TTS script path, command template, and receive-id belong to your environment. Do not reuse the sample Feishu receive-id from the README.
