Cron Semaphore

This plugin does what it says: it uses a local lock file to prevent overlapping OpenClaw cron agent runs.

Install only if you want overlapping cron-triggered agent runs to be blocked or skipped. Keep the lock file path at the workspace default unless you have a specific reason to change it, because the plugin will write and remove that file as part of normal operation.
