Bourdon — Cross-Agent Memory Federation

This appears to be a real memory-federation plugin, but its private-memory and session-sharing boundaries are unclear enough that users should review it before installing.

Install only if you are comfortable sharing agent-memory summaries through `~/agent-library`. Before enabling it, scope the library directory to agents you trust, avoid private-memory retrieval unless you explicitly need it, and verify whether automatic session-end publishing is actually active in this version.
